Goldilocks vs. the Three Bigfoot

Goldilocks is a beautiful, yet sad and lonely girl raised by her traditional Native American grandparents on a remote farm cottage on the edge of an enchanted forest. Her only friend is a baby deer that she feeds every day by a clearing in the woods by her home. Her grandparents warn her not to go into the deep forest alone because it is where the giant hairy Forest People dwell. But when her beloved deer goes missing, she faces her fears and disobeys her grandparents and goes on an adventure into the lair of the beasts we know as Bigfoot. Will Goldilocks find her beloved deer, or will the Forest People find her first? This whimsical remake of the classic “Goldilocks and the Three Bears” fairy tale will fascinate and educate the young and young at heart. Each page of this gothic story book is accompanied by a full page imaginative black and white illustration visually telling the story and showing all of the characters, suitable for coloring! Written and illustrated by Famous John Urban, author, and illustrator of “Famous Bigfoot & Yeti Encounters Coloring Book” and “Ward the Wolf Boy, Night Terrors.”

Forest People: No Troll Zone, FB Page

Famous John's Facebook page for believers.

One of the drawbacks of talking about Bigfoot on the social media is all of the childish mocking from trolls and skeptics. Famous John created the FB page "Forest People, No Troll Zone" which is a safety zone for believers and enthusiasts only where they can openly discuss their sightings, beliefs and theories or ask questions without fear of ridicule, mocking or bullying. Anyone who makes disrespectful belittling comments will be blocked without waning. That goes for those condescending laughing emoji too!

I started this Sasquatch sanctuary about 7months ago and we have over 2.8K members.

What introduced Famous John to Bigfoot?

Bumble's Bounce!

Some people say that they have been intrigued by Bigfoot all of their life, but with Famous John it's true!

Famous John was born in Parma Ohio (a Suburb of Cleveland) during a blizzard in the winter of 1963. The following winter, the "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" animated Christmas special debuted on TV. Bumble, the Abominable Snowman was one of Famous John's earliest and fondest memories.

A few years later in the late 60's Famous John's parents took him to a local movie theater to see a documentary that Roger Patterson made of the Patterson Creature. Seeing Patty on the Big Screen convinced Famous John that Bigfoot was real!

A few years later in 1972 Famous John's parents took him back to the theatre to see "The Legend of Boggy Creek," a docudrama about the "Fouke Monster." This remains Famous John's favorite Bigfoot film and solidified Famous John's belief in Bigfoot at an early age.

Famous John's illustrated Bigfoot books are now available at the famous " Fouke Monster Mart Store," located where the movie was filmed, mostly using local residents as actors. People are still reporting sightings of the Fouke Monster in Southwest Arkansas near the town of Fouke, with reports continuing through 2025.

      Famous John's 80's band Brat

      Brat

Famous John was first inspired to play bass in a theatrical metal band after seeing Kiss on the Paul Lynn Halloween TV Special as a teenager. By the time he was a senior in high school he had joined a professional bar band called Virgin Steel. After Famous John graduated, his family relocated to Tampa Florida. He joined a new metal band called Brat. John became their dominant lyricist. Their self named demo started getting attention in the European metal zines and they were compared to early Judas Priest and Iron Maiden. They were first signed to local independent metal label Parr Records. After disputes with the label Brat recorded their first album on their own. They were offered a record contract with leading metal independent record label Metal Blade Records, but then were approached by A&R agent Nick Loft of Atlantic Records. The band was torn by deciding if they should stick to their guns and stay heavy or get more commercial. Famous John, which ended up breaking up the band. Famous John went on to first joining Cleveland Ohio's top metal band Breaker, and then released a solo EP with former Brat band mate Bruce Batten called "Urban Vault.  Brat was rediscovered by Hades Paradise Records, who released Brat's self produced album ""Sword and Stone" on vinyl. That album was later rereleased on Rectrospect Records on CD.

        Testimonial

As seen on a certain paranormal fanzine.

David Lee Roth once said, "Anytime you stick your head above the crowd, someone's going to try to throw a rock  at it." Nearly 5 years ago I was approached by the owner of an independent Florida paranormal magazine who was also their main if not soul writer and artist. He saw illustrations from my "Famous Bigfoot & Yeti Encounters Coloring Book" online which I hadn't published yet. He wanted to publish my book, but I already decided to publish it on Amazon so I respectfully declined. He got upset and illustrated his own cryptozoology coloring book and has been slandering me ever since unprovoked.  A mutual acquaintance  showed me this unflattering caricature he drew of me which he recently posted in his fanzine, portraying me as a loser. Being a professional caricature artist at Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa and the Fl Aquarium since 1999 I found it rather amateurish yet amusing. I love the dots for eyes and the cheese puff eyebrows! Being a full page satire  in a magazine made me truly feel famous! They say there is no such thing as bad press.  You can't please everybody, and you can't let the insecurities, grudges or jealousy of a negative individual make you lose your sense of humor.
